Terms and conditions

Payment on completion, materials when supplied. There is no discounts for cash on these quoted prices. Quotes are only valid for 3 months. All prices given and quoted are for work seen "As seen". We hold the right to charge extra when encountering extra work not foreseen (ie Bedrock, Wood rot Paint coverage, Fault found with electric testing). If extra work is needed prices will be given before proceeding.
